The Webmonkey XSSI package extends Dreamweaver so you can use XSSI within the editor. The files provide a graphical interface for inserting and modifying XSSI commands. In addition, you can set environment variables to see what your page would look like in different conditions (such as with different browsers).
What's more, with the included translator file you can see what your XSSI code will look like right in Dreamweaver's WYSIWYG window. Of course you'll still always be able to edit your code by hand.
Usage: Download and run the installer. Once the package is installed, XSSI directives can be inserted from the XSSI category of Dreamweaver's floating Objects palette. For more information, refer to the online documentation.
If you are a programmer and want to modify our XSSI translator, you can download the source code here: Win or Mac. The translator is released under the Apache project license.
